Carrier-1 owns and operates a 106,866 square foot facility at 1515 Round Table Drive, Dallas, Texas with up to 60,000 square feet of raised floor data center space available. Redundant infrastructure includes up to 10 MW of power available and network access to ANY carrier. The SSAE18 SOC-1 Type-2 audited facility meets any compliant requirement including PCI, HIPAA and SOX.

Within the facility, PloxHost has it's racks via Hivelocity. Our network is also provided through Hivelocity.

All equipment within the datacenter is fully owned and is not out-of-date. The datacenter also has dark-fiber connection to the Dallas Infomart.

All servers that host client information are backed-up daily, and run RAID for redundancy. We constantly perform backup consistency checks to ensure data is secure.
