This page describes our backup policy, commitments, and retention standards for Game Hosting and related services. For Terms of Service, please see Terms of Service.

Scope: This policy applies to primary Game Hosting services unless explicitly noted otherwise. Customer-managed databases and custom data flows should implement their own backup solutions.

Storage: Backups are stored on external systems separate from live nodes where applicable.

Guarantee: We aim for at least one successful backup within the stated interval. Failures are investigated promptly.

Exclusions: Customer-managed databases and custom data flows are not covered by this policy and should implement their own backup solutions.

• Budget plans: Nightly backups (~8:00 PM EST). Retention: 7 daily backups (7 days).
• Extreme plans: Hourly snapshots with daily aggregation. Retention: Up to 10 daily backups (10 days).

Restores: Restore requests can be made via support ticket. Restore times may vary based on backup size and queue.
